nothing much been's happening. just wake, eat, rest/work, eat, gym, rest, eat, rest/work, sleep. what an interesting life i have. and finally, today is the first day of the week that i don't have gym!! it's sapping up lots of hol time. mon, tue, thur, fri, 3 hours each. but i went shopping at suntec with elyssa, eme, penny and xinen yesterday. i bought a pouch with penny at the wallet shop and that's about it cuz i had to leave for gym (see how it interferes?) mmm... nothing much more to blog about cept my mum is taking me shopping next wed! which means actually spending lots of moola! :)

okayy, there's this very irritating thing happening to my blog. these "AAAAAA" stuff keep appearing everywhere. could someone teach me how to fix it? it's really annoying me. thanks.

Friday

had CIP at serangoon garden south pri sch. realli fun, all the little kids were cute and were fascinated by my braces and class vice chairperson badge. met ms chen's old schoolmate, teo xiwen. she was funny and told us lots of stuff. was an interesting day. :)

Saturday

had CIP in the morning at Singapore Disability Sports Council swim meet. was eye opening. i got to push a wheelchair but no one needed me to help them out of the pool. xinen was entertaining throughout the morning. one incident:
Xinen: (drinkin just opened bottle of ice water) ahh...Heaven
Sheila: I can't open mine.
Xinen: oh, ur far from heaven.
and xinen and liy danced to a really old song.

Sunday

stayed at home the whole day doing work. was quite unproductive though.

Monday

Got back chinese papers. didn't do very well but think cuz of term 1, i can scrape a 3.6. Also wasted half an hour waiting for class chairperson photo taking which was rescheduled. Class photo taking was funn. The originals took the whole of the second row for informal! but someone ruined the whole photo. kohby returned geog papers after last block, said she wld only take 10 min. took 20 min in all. i was pissed and nervous cuz i had to rush fer gym phototaking. practically snatched my paper out of her hands when i went forward. did ok, 17/20. ran all the way down, grabbed claire's name board and made it just in time. someone hurriedly scribbled on claire's board and spelt "Claire" as "Claie". gonna tell her we did that in memory of laoshi cuz she always calls claire "claie". trained by myself at gym. pretty pathetic. did floor the whole 2 and a half hours.

Tuesday

got back maths. depressing. half the class failed and semester one class average was 44.4/100. i tried to focus but it didn't work. i think she's a lousy teacher so i found a tuition teacher. sighh... i scrape-ed a 2.8 but im sad cuz ive never gotten below 3.6 for any subject before. can't rmb what we did fer CLE. RS mentor didn't come. spent whole RS block talking to grp members about grades. daddy fetched me frm third lang. thank you daddy. :)

Wednesday

class got scolded by kohby for trying to petition for an extension of geog PT deadline by one day. was bad. felt really pissed at both her and some other ppl. the PT's useless anw. if u take sth, u must give sth back, it's the way of life. so no matter what u do to try and stop global warming and it's impacts, it won't work. lots of ppl stayed up to finish it cuz we only had 2 weeks and it's too short. i slept at 2.45 am and woke up at 5.45 am. elyssa and emelia didn't sleep the whole night. rgs just sucks sometimes. bleagh. i wonder why im slaving so hard when im only 14. why am i even doing all this? did my parents do this at 14? did my grandparents do this at 14? did my brother and cousins do this at 14? no they didn't, so why shld i. ans: because u chose rgs. well guess what? i didn't expect this.

Thursday

yawned 11 times in first block alone cuz i only got 3 hours of sleep. missed class chair phototaking cuz we were at PE and apparently no one could find us. it was a sad day. ms chong told us she was leaving and we sang a song for her. i'll miss her, she was one of our better teachers. good luck in ur studies, ms chong. i also found out joan chan shu fang passed away. felt really really sad but i prayed. i prayed that she had no more pain and suffering and found peace in heaven. took things in geog slow and easy. the worst was over. ms kong was nice during chinese. she saw how tired we were so she made the lesson slack. stayed back after school fer hadley photo taking and fell asleep in the library. got slightly screamed at by denise for skipping gym.

Friday

comp studs teacher didn't come. spent the lesson doing own stuff. helped stef with printing her eng PT reflection. turns out she's even worse at coms than i am. art was tiring. finished first layer of art piece on frame and thought it looked nice. but mrs ho had to tell me i needed a second layer and more details. fell asleep during assembly. jiawen and elyssa said i looked like i was praying for some frog or duck who died in ms rosemarie's story. went for lunch with joan penny huiqi and stef. huiqi was being mean so we dumped her own leftovers into her drink which includes a bit of burger, some lettuce, cheesefries and chilli sauce. looked really gross and disgusting. like puke. bleaugh. went walking after lunch but joan huiqi and stef left. penny and i walked ard the orchard shops, she wanted a new pencil case/wallet. went into almost every shop in the heeren wisma wheelock but all we bought were chupa chups and ice blended stuff from the coffee bean. i also bought cute post-its. but that's all. im dragging my dad/mom down to orchard one day. then we can shop and he/she can pay. hee. took one bloody hour to get home. i did up a june hols hw list. you can pilfer off with it but most of the stuff is actually not compulsory.

thanks loads to everyone who made my birthday yesterday really HAPPY! heh. especially dad, mom, brother, Cheryl (tuition teacher) and CIRCLE OF FRIENDS! (elyssa kexin ying xuan yilin jiawen emelia penny joan huiqi) yay, u all were really nice and sweet. I LOVE YOU (All)! <3 <3<3 smuacks! and daddy and mummy. :) it was really a wonderful birthday, except for the fact that the stupid coach released us so late and i reached home late. hmph. other than that, it was really great! i will never forget (or at least try to rmb).

oh man, i had 3 panic attacks and a big emotional upheaval today. something's wrong. Did i do sth bad, maybe it's retribution.
the first panic attack came when i discovered (during geog) that my video clip in my jap ppt wasn't working. i was frantic, trying my best to download it again and again. all through CLE, i was thinking about it and my pathetic options: 1. Call home for my brother (if he's there) and ask him to send the clip to me. (which i dun really want to cuz that would mean giving him my password). 2. Spend $20 taking a taxi home and to MOELC. 3.Ask my jap teacher for an extentsion (highly impossible). 4. Do without it. (NO!) none of them really favoured though. So went through that bunch of leaders durin CLE and i still don't know who Maria O-sth is. :) and then she went way over her lesson time, making sure we knew about those leaders. and after that, Mr Tan had to give back not 1, not 2 but 3 exam papers at once. doesn't he know the level of depression that will send us to? so then we took even more time to give out the papers, and i desperately needed to go to make calls. when we finally reached the canteen, i called home. my brother would only be home at 5. i guess it kinda triggered the second panic attack, with all the rushing down frm upstairs and the results. when i called my dad, i was already on the verge of tears, i could feel them in my eyes. but after my dad told me he would try, i calmed down and went to eat ice-cream with the rest. that was my lunch.
but my dad succeeded. after RS, i ran to the library to check my email and there it was! YAY, i <3 <3 <3 you daddy!! so yay, i put it in my ppt and checked that it worked on 3 different coms b4 i left.
3rd panic attack came when i had boarded the MOELC bus. i had sat down when i realised i didn't have my cue cards, the ones i depend on for show and tell. i panicked and started searching through my stuff and thought that i had dropped them on the way. i was about to rush off the bus when erika pulled them out. i had left it on the canteen table.
oh and other than the attacks, i fell off a chair this morning and got 2 scratches and a bruise, forgot to get my change from the bookshop auntie (yilin told me) and dropped my wallet like a million times. it's just not my day. Thanks to penny and yilin and joan and huiqi for listening to me. i love all of u :) heh tomorrow should be better.

well, we did go to jack's place for lunch after all and it turned out that the voucher couldn't be used that day. -.- anyway, my mum liked my present, yay! at least it was worth the time and paint. and she discovered my brother's cake before he could present it. see, it was in the fridge and we had already planned to present after lunch. then before we went out, my mum went to the fridge, brought out the cake and asked: "who's cake is this?" my brother then had to explain the whole thing and all of us were laughing. my dad commented to my mum that ppl prepare a surprise for her but she went to spoil it herself. at least it was funny. :) the cake was kinda creamy though.

we went shopping at the supermarket after lunch and out bill came up to a bloody $100.80!! and what we bought was mostly those pre-maid stuff like hashbrowns and instant noodles. we had no idea we had bought so much. the three of us moved down every aisle with the trolley and in went not 1 or 2 but 5 packs of cheese, milk, haagen dazs green tea ice-cream (slurp!), chocolates, chicken, veggie, tissue paper, bread, spaghetti n macaroni, sauce and soup, tea, and a whole lot of other stuff. we practically just saw an item, picked it up and put it in.

oh, and thanks to my dear mother who went out to buy LOST season 1, i am practically hooked to it!! we stay up to watch and it's very very scary and mysterious! wahhh... i didn't dare to sleep last night. it's like, almost everyone in the show has a story and it only unfolds a bit at a time. and the worse thing is, we don't even know the end yet! season 3 airs only in october!! garhhh.... i shall haunt wikipedia until season 3 episode guide comes out....

okay, so this morning, my mum went "let's go to jack's place to celebrate your birthday tomorrow, I'VE GOT A VOUCHER." and then i replied "but i never said i wanted to go to jacks place to celebrate my birthday" and she said "but the voucher is going to EXPIRE soon." i don't know but i think the only reason she said to celebrate my birthday there 2mr was to use the voucher. but she didn't want to make it seem as if she was spending money on a meal there just to not waste the voucher so she came up with a reason that it was to "celebrate my birthday". i mean, it's not wrong to eat there without any special occasion right? why must she be "all concerned" abt my birthday and show it by taking us to a restaurant where she had already planned to go even if it wasn't my birthday. i guess i just don't like it when ppl act that they are concerned about you but actually they are gaining from that concern, so they are hitting 2 birds with one stone: making that person like u because u are "concerned" and gaining somehow from the "concern". but well, also not good to waste money so i think i shall agree, or somehow say that it is to celebrate mothers' day, and im not "gaining"from this concern, it doesn't matter whether we go or not cuz i really do have a present for her.

anyway, im happy cuz i finished my jap ppt and cuecards! yay, it was worth the morning. but im afraid no one will understand it cuz erika added so many cheem words. even i don't understand a little. bah. and yilin and gang: i don't see why the you find the boxes bad. except for the screwed tagboard, im okay with the layout. maybe it's just you all...=)

Oh ya, i 4got to say, the tagboard is a little weird but pls bear with it. i'll try and figure out hw to fix it. to just tag, click on the scroll bar and pull all the way down, then the tagboard won't screw up. and the music is the theme song from FF8. =) it's so nice...

grr...blogger ate up my post. now i shall have to type it out again. rahhh. okay, let's see. um.. Yay, i finally got a new blog after abandoning my old one for exactly 1 month. the Cloud skin is just to go in line with my current obsession: Cloud Strife frm final fantasy VII. yes i noe, many of u are goin to tell me "He's just a cartoon character." "He's doesn't even exist."And im goin to say in your face "So what?" He's not JUST a cartoon character, he has a soul, feeling, a PERSONALITY and a very touching story behind that very hot (and cool, hah, paradox) face. Thus, to all of you who still do not like Cloud and FF, go and find some sharp pointed object and stab ur brain with it. perhaps that would cure you. anw, i realized that whenever i am engrossed/addicted/obsessed with sth, i would go to all odds to be obsessed. for example, in Cloud's case, i printed pictures, used the blogskin, bought the DVD, read up on FF7 and him and so on. I stay up during exam week just to do that. You may think im crazy, but it's just me, i can't help it. If im going to be obsessed, im going to be truly obsessed.

Today was vesak day and yilin joan and adeline came over to my hse to do eng pt. It was very fun, but i (kinda) got bullied. cuz we needed one person to pose as the "China Foreign Scholar", we drew lots and guess who was the lucky one? ME, yes, wan ting, the one who shuffled the ice cream sticks. so, to create the look, i wore big black round glasses, tied my hair into 2 ponytails, buttoned my blouse to the collar, didn't fold my sleeves, wore a SUPER high and tight belt, a VERY VERY LONG pinafore (yilin's) and to complete the look, EXTREMELY HIGH socks. just imagine.

but at least we finished our advert. we zoomed through our ppt and went for lunch. Adeline had to leave so the 3 of us went to bukit panjang plaza to eat and shop. yilin and i found out that we are slaves to hairbands and notebooks. In order to choose 1 hairband, we went to 3 shops 2 times each at least b4 finally deciding on Blue 21's. I got orange, yilin got green and joan got pink. Then we went to popular and saw the really adorable notebooks! but we had to escape really fast in order not to be sucked into that evil evil black hole telling us to empty our pockets for that stack of paper binded nicely together with an irresistable design but we don't noe what to use for. it's happened to me before. i bought this SUPER nice notebook but when i got home, i didn't noe what to use it for. sighhh. we also saw CUTE earrings! those little studs tempted me to pull out my wallet and yilin to get her ears pierced but we resisted (at least for now) and walked away. after more window shopping, yilin and joan went to the LRT while i walked home eating my cheap ice cream which was already bloody melted when i got it.

oh ya, my mum bought the Lost season 1 DVD!! yay, now i have sth to watch during the sch hols, if i don't drown in the pile of PTs first. chinese SA is next week and i think i can scrape a MODERATELY good pass. Please let me get it, please, please, please. otherwise my results will flop down a well with no bottom. =(
