yay, swim carn 07 . hadley didn't win but well done (: congrats to tarbet! haha, okay, swim carn was pretty fun this year la. well, i didn't exactly do a lot of stuff. heh. went for lunch with cheerleaders. and we were kinda late. like, we were still on the cab there at 2.22. but there was this big jam at the entrance so we weren't booked. ;D then we got our mop-like pompoms. hell, they didn't even look like pompoms. so we started squishing and scunching them up. we only cheered with the house for a while before we went to the space at the top to drill for review. we just did the pyramid part most of the time. and claire and i were practicing the stunts. like we did them over and over again under the HOT HOT sun which burns your butt the minute you sit down. and half of the time we got interrupted by ppl passing by. but yep, our stunts aren't all that bad, thanks to claire. (:

so after swim carn ended, we had the review. and we went first. o.o it wasn't perfect but i don't think it was total disaster. we forgot which formation to go to half of the time though and i don't know whether the pyramid was successful cuz i was down in front. The other houses were cooool. yupzz. everyone jiayou kay?

and claire, you look really exhausted, you should take ginseng. I know you're really stressed right now with a million things to do but you've done a lot for gym and cheer and etc and i hope you know that all that you've done is appreciated. you still need to sleep more, as i always tell you too. just always remember that there'll be ppl behind you in case you fall. (both literally and figuratively (; ) and even though i know that it's almost impossible for you to give up anything right now, "no" will always be a viable option. LOVE YOU, my other half of H! (and just so you know, i'm really tempted to post that flasher/poser pic of you up here but let's save it for next time, shall we? :D)

speaking of saying no, ms siow was asking me to join a team or sth for the toy making competition she's always advertising. i just said i wasn't good around all the techniky stuff and no, i don't want to join. like, come on, my primary school sony creative toy projects were all pretty loserish. especially the P-3 one. the whole class was sitting around me, my friend and the toy with the lights dimmed cuz the toy's supposed to light up. so they stared, i activated it, the bulb shone and i made the little lego person seem like it was electrocuted. -.- the end. and since they probably couldn't see the lego person, i must have looked like this little girl sitting there showing a glowing box.

oh, and although i got a super lousy score for maths, i still passed. (: yay, i'm so happy! i thought i would fail but thank goodness. and congrats you smart-ass yenlin who topped the class, ae ra who got a super high mark too and yi-lin for doing so well even though you were half-dead that day. don't be too sad, ppl who didn't get the mark they wanted. there'll be more tests, work hard on PT!

oh shit, i just remembered the maths proposal is due today. damn damn damn. ok i've got to go do that blasted thing. and scrunching pompoms is actually quite painful, i have half a mind to wear gloves.
